What the Recorded Video Interview tests

Reports differ on its content: QuantVault reports describe several motivation and behavioural prompts on HireVue with short think-time, while recent outside reports describe about three prompts, usually two on motivation and one probability question, on SparkHire or HireVue, sometimes due within 48 hours.

Common mistakes

  • Treat it as graded — because it is. It rolls into your OA score. Rehearse crisp 60–90s answers; structure them and don't ramble into the time limit.
